For me, a truly memorable holiday has never been just about finding a beautiful place to stay for a few days. What matters more is whether, once I arrive, I can temporarily switch off from everyday life—to listen to live music, soak up the atmosphere of a lively event, or capture a moment under the night sky that makes me want to reach for my camera.
Recently, I’ve been keeping an eye on the events planned by Harrison Holidays, and I’m getting more and more excited about the holidays ahead. So this time, I want to share three events I’m especially looking forward to.
01. DJ: The Moment I Truly Switch Into Holiday Mode
What I love most about a DJ event is how quickly it can transform the atmosphere. I can imagine spending a relaxed day enjoying my holiday, then getting changed into an outfit I love in the evening and heading out with friends to listen to some music. As soon as the music starts, I feel like I’d naturally move from a laid-back holiday mood into a more energetic evening.
I particularly enjoy this kind of relaxed, pressure-free event. I don’t need to plan an overly formal outfit, and I don’t have to worry about having to do anything in particular. For me, as long as there’s music I enjoy and a comfortable atmosphere, I’m already having a great time.
I think the most fun thing about a DJ event is how easily it can create that feeling of, “I don’t want tonight to end yet.” I might originally plan to stay for just a little while, but I could easily end up staying late with friends. That kind of unplanned, unexpected happiness is one of the reasons I’m looking forward to Harrison Holidays.

02. Live Music with Mark Valentine: The Music Night I’m Most Looking Forward To
This is the event I’m particularly excited about at the moment. Mark Valentine will be bringing live music, while Wild Rose Holiday Park itself has such a natural and relaxed holiday atmosphere. I’m really looking forward to seeing how the surroundings and the crowd come together once the music starts.
I’m especially looking forward to that moment when the live music begins. Maybe I’ll sit down and listen for a while, chatting with friends before gradually getting caught up in the atmosphere. And if the music is infectious enough, I’d definitely hope to end up singing or dancing along to the rhythm.
I think the most appealing thing about this event is that it offers such an easy way to spend an evening. I don’t need to travel into a city for a huge concert. I can simply stay within the holiday atmosphere of Harrison Holidays and enjoy a music-filled evening of my own.
03. Musical Fireworks Championship: The Surprise I’m Saving Until Last
If the first two events are about music and atmosphere, then the Musical Fireworks Championship feels like the visual highlight of the whole holiday—the moment worth waiting for until the very end.
I’ve always loved watching fireworks, but what makes this event especially exciting is the combination of fireworks and music. I can already imagine the scene: people gathering under the night sky, the music gradually starting, the rhythm building, and then suddenly, fireworks bursting into the sky in perfect time with the sound.
I’m sure I’d reach for my phone and start taking photos, but once something truly spectacular happened, I might still put my phone away and simply enjoy the moment. There will also be street food, live music and other entertainment at the event, so I don’t think it will feel like simply watching a short fireworks display. Instead, it sounds like a whole evening filled with things to look forward to.
What I love about this event is that it feels like the perfect finale to a Harrison Holidays getaway. I can even imagine my outfit for the evening already: a jacket suitable for an autumn night, comfortable shoes and a few simple pieces of jewellery. With the night sky, lights, fireworks and my outfit all coming together in one photo, I think it could become the image I most want to remember from my Harrison Holidays experience.

Harrison Holidays Holiday Plan
When I put these three events together, I realise that what I’m really looking forward to isn’t three separate events, but a complete Harrison Holidays experience. From the lively atmosphere created by the DJ, to the live music from Mark Valentine, and finally the spectacular night sky of the Musical Fireworks Championship, I can imagine the holiday atmosphere becoming more and more exciting as it goes along.
That’s also what attracts me to Harrison Holidays. For me, Harrison Holidays isn’t simply a place to stay. It feels more like a holiday destination where I can bring together music, travel, fashion and lifestyle. For me, that might just be the perfect Harrison Holidays holiday mode: putting on an outfit I love, listening to music I enjoy, spending time with people I care about, and turning an ordinary holiday into memories worth remembering.
